Always eat or drink something with protein after a workout. Any workout. Or you would have worked out for nothing.
iv been looking for a easy work out that doesn’t take up too much time, iv been a little over weight for a while and since changing my eating habits iv lost a few pounds but since finding this i’m looking to do it everyday and lose more weight. I’ll post back on the video in about a month and tell ya’ll how much iv lost !!
