you’re right about half-heartedly exercising. there’s no point not fulfilling the whole programme like you’d have wished to, if there’s no effort being put in, this destroys the whole purpose of even exercising, to be honest
how about routine? thats what i say?
10,000 steps per day is quite a bit more than half an hour of solid walking for most people. It generally is between 4-5 miles.
Instead if regime….what about schedule? Lol
My whole family have a FitBit and it has helped us all lose some weight!!

I’m completely with you on tip 5. If people can’t be bothered to do a DVD at home then how do they expect to stick to things like gym membership. I do think it’s about finding the right one. I’ve got through loads that I hate but I’ve really been able to stick to Kettleworx….for about 5 years! This is probably TMI but you were right about trainers…..wrong about the cloths LOL! I get too hot so generally do it school PE pant style LOL!!!

I noticed in most of your skincare videos included some form of spot treatment/remover/preventer, and I was just wondering if you had tried just Savlon on boots own antiseptic cream? Whenever I’ve had spots I just lather this on the spot and it’s gone with a few hours! Just thought I’d let you know a very cheap alternative incase you hadn’t tried it already :)

have you tried yoga yet? I think you mentioned that you haven’t yet a while back. I found a Lee Mills class that is a combination of tai chi, yoga and pilates. I tried hot yoga but it was too warm in the room for me and the pace was too slow. The Lee Mils class is a faster pace.

Like to have goals that aren’t always related to weight/dress size. E.g. Entering a 5/10 K. Being able to lift more, sustain a plank for x seconds/minutes etc.
