I’m taking a multivit in the morning along with oatmeal with a protein shake. Keep eating small meals throughout the day. Take amino tabs/Nos blast creation solution ( pre workout) Hit the gym 4X a week for three hours. Then immediately after drink a fast and slow burning protein shake. Later in the night eat dinner followed by protein shake before bed. I’ve been doing this for about 5 months. Results…before and after pic is crazy. I weighed 145, now I’m 168 of lean toned muscle.
i didn’t do any workouts but after a few months of using whey protein i noticed my arms are really strong when opening doors and my lower body strength was so much a cop couldn’t force me to walk. Normally i dont have that kind of strength.But id say to anyone here if you are taking supplements that naturally occur in the body. Be careful not to cause your bodys production of that substance to shut down. Take those supplements intermittently

I found that if I drink a protein shake take a vitamin,fat burner , and a protein bar on the Way to work for breakfast then have a light lunch like a whole wheat samwitch and then after work go to the gym for2-3 hours drink water why I’m working out the drink another shake and eat a small dinner like fish or chicken or

True but I was just naming some that are very comon. Multivitamins are very helpful to get your macronutrients for the day. BCAA help with anabolic potintal.
CLA is completely useless and ZMA, Multi, BCAA are completely optional.
